On August 18-19, 2022, group members gathered at the University of Tokyo's Collaboration Complex Kashiwa (UDCK) for the annual summer workshop. The workshop was an excellent opportunity for the group members to share their latest research findings and exchange ideas with their colleagues. Over the two days, the attendees gave talks on their research projects, discussing their latest results and the challenges they faced.
To help the group members improve their presentation skills, the workshop featured a mini-course on scientific presentation by Dr. Mingxuan Fu, who shared her insights on effective communication and practical tips on slide-making.
The workshop was not just about research. We also enjoyed a lunch and drinking party, a good chance to relax and socialize.
Overall, the 2022 summer workshop was a great success, and we all look forward to having fun together again next summer outside the work setting.
