Our work in collaboration with colleagues at the University of Tokyo and Riken realized a significant enhancement of the readout signal in the electrical manipulation of an antiferromagnetic Weyl semimetal state. It was successfully demonstrated in Mn3Sn/heavy metal (Pt, W) heterostructures with improved fabricating process. This work may bring a breakthrough in the development of next-generation memory devices.
