Yangming joined this year's CIFAR summer school and annual conference, which were held in Montreal, Canada. He gave a poster presentation about his research on large anomalous Nersnt effect in topological magnets and enjoyed the cultural dynamics in Montreal.
The CIFAR Quantum Materials Program organizes summer school and conferences every year to facilitate collaborative exchanges among research teams within the program. Prof. Nakatsuji is a fellow of this program, so graduate students and postdocs in our team have opportunities to join the CIFAR event, which is typically held in either Canada or the US.
